Maria Maria Acha-Kutscher is a feminist visual artist. She was born in Peru in 1968. Acha-Kutscher once worked in advertising and graphic designing. In 2012 she began her Indignadas project. Acha-Kutscher's art is not restricted to a specific style or format. Her work focuses on women and their struggles for emancipation and equality. Acha-Kutscher incorporates the female body in her art as political messages. The image posted shows that activist women can make a difference just as crucial as males.
